Company Philosphy

Response 1 Medical Staffing, Inc. was founded in April 2002 by Cheree Love. With her experience both as a recruiter and in nursing, she found that the majority of agencies were focused only on the volume of business rather than the quality. Great nurses, those that we would want to take care of us and our families if we were in need, were being taken advantage of by the competition. Those same great nurses were getting frustrated with the travel nursing profession and contemplating hanging up their travel stethoscope; then Response 1 Medical Staffing was established.

By taking care of the nurses the way that we would want to be treated, with excellence, we have built a company based on your referrals. A company that started with a handful of nurses has grown into a family of outstanding care providers and excellent healthcare facilities. We are a team that is focused on taking care of our clients, both the nurses and the hospitals, so that quality is never sacrificed for volume.

Our long term goals are to give back to the healthcare community that has blessed us so much. Our involvement with hospital charities, children’s toy drives, and fund raisers for new hospital equipment has begun this process. In addition, we are also looking to set up nursing teams to go to underdeveloped countries, areas of disaster, or any other areas in need, to assist with their healthcare needs. Ultimately, we know that there is never enough we can do to help those in need, but we continually strive to improve lives on a daily basis.
