5 8/hr Shifts • Minimum of (3) three years current experience in Acute and/or Managed Care. • Application InterQual & Midas Experience required. • Utilization Management/Discharge Planning/Clinical Case management experience required. • Management / Denial appeals experience highly preferred. • Excellent negotiation and conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) required. • Associate Degree in Nursing or actively pursuing a Bachelors Degree or Bachelors Degree in Health Administration is preferred. • Current California RN license and BLS required. • Must be willing to work weekend/holidays. |
